Easy Readers Book Club For kids grade kindergarten through second grade. Introducing a book club for some of our youngest readers. Once a month we will all read the same Juvenile Easy Reader(JER) book together. Then, you can visit here to complete projects related to the book. You can also use padlet to learn more about the book we just finished and to find other similar reads.

The Great APLD Scavenger Hunt: Are you looking for things to do this summer? Do you like family crafts, creative problem solving, nature walks, reading, and other fun activties? Well, join us for the Great APLD Scavenger Hunt. Every two weeks we’ll post new challenges you can complete from home while social distancing. Once an item has been completed you may upload a photo of your project for all to see. This challenge is just for fun. There are no points or teams. Everyone is a winner! Museum Adventure Pass

The Antioch District Library participates in the Museum Adventure Pass program. APLD cardholders can receive free admission or a special discount to participating Chicago area destinations.
