Library Cards

To obtain a library card, you must live in the Antioch Library District. You will need to present one of the following as proof of identification:

  • Illinois Driver's License
  • Illinois State ID
  • Student ID

To verify Antioch Library District residency, you may also need to present one of the following:

  • Real Estate Tax Bill
  • Utility Bill
  • Recent Dated Rent Receipt
  • Current Voter's Registration
  • Recent High School Report Card

Only the parent or legal guardian may register a child under 18.
